Today I'll be talking about a game called, Aura Kingdom. Aura Kingdom is a free to play anime MMORPG where you can pick to play between any of these classes.
- Guardian
- Duelist
- Ravager
- Wizard
- Bard
- Grenadier
- Gunslinger
A pretty normal roster of classes to any RPG veteran, but the thing that makes the class system in aura kingdom more diverse, is it "primary/secondary" system where at level 40 you can choose an additional class to be your subclass. This subclass can be a class that compliments your build already, or something crazy and unique.
To add to the list of uniqueness Aura Kingdom can offer is the extensive system of your battle companions called, "Eidolon" which will accompany you on your travels and support you in the way you deem. In the beginning you can choose from four starter Eidolons.
Merrilee : Your generic healer/support CC Eidolon, I recommend her for any DPS class.
Serif : Close range single target damage, I recommend him for anyone looking to tank, or play a more offensive melee role.
Grimm : He's gonna play like Serif, just with more emphasis on ranged damage.
Alessa : A freaking miniature unicorn, who'd argue?
I really enjoy this game, I find it easy to get into, but also without a super steep learning curve. The "point" click targeting system" may seem lackluster to all the newer "action" targeting system MMORPG's of today, but with quirky dialog that can give you a laugh, (which really surprised me since the game was ported over from Korea) and keep you playing for hours on end.
